Iranian missions open memorial books to commemorate June 7 victims

People all over the world, from Americas and Oceania to the Old World, reacted to the heartbreaking event in accordance with their own customs by sending flowers to the embassies, lighting candles, and putting their feelings in words in the memorial books provided by the Iranians embassies.

Last Wednesday, two synchronous attacks hit Majlis (the Iranian Parliament), central Tehran, and Mausoleum of the late Imam Khomeini, southern Tehran, killing 17 and wounding more than 50 people.

The memorial books were opened in the following Iranian missions: Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Japan, Lebanon, Turkmenistan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Indonesia, Iraq, Sri Lanka, South Korea, China, Pakistan, India, Thailand, North Korea, Malaysia, Armenia, Turkey, Australia, Spain, Germany, Budapest, Greece, Ireland, England, Austria, Denmark, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Belarus, Italy, Russia, the US, Uruguay, Cuba, Brazil, Zimbabwe, Niger, Tunisia and Ghana. 

Daesh (ISIS) claimed responsibility of the attacks soon after the incident.

Iran's Intelligence Ministry declared that more terrorists involved in Tehran recent attacks have been identified and arrested.

It was also announced that several terrorist cells have entered Tehran to commit terrorist actions, and members of one group have been arrested.
